Ordering & PaymentsWe prefer to receive payment by credit card, money order, or bank certified check. Orders may be paid by check; however, orders will be held for check clearance if not an established customer. There is a returned check charge of $15.00. If you have paid by check and you have overpaid, we will credit your account for the extra amount you have paid. If you have underpaid and there is a balance due on your invoice, we expect payment by return mail. We prefer credit cards as we can charge the correct amount.If you are an Illinois resident and you do not have a tax exempt number, Illinois state sales tax (6.25%) will be added to your order. Our shopping cart will not add sales tax to applicable orders -- we will add it manually when we process your order. This web site has a secure shopping cart. You can place your order online with complete confidence in the safety of your credit card information. If you'd rather not place your order through our web site, you can order by phone (please note our hours of operation, listed on our contact information page) or FAX (24 hours a day, 7 days a week). If a product in our catalog doesn't appear on our web site, you can still order it online. Just list the information for the product(s) you'd like to order in the Comments section of the shopping cart (on the checkout page), and we'll see that it's added to your order. We have no minimum order requirement. If you just need one small thing, that's not a problem -- there's no need to order more than you want or need. Shipping and HandlingWe ship orders by USPS Priority Mail or UPS (Ground or 2nd Day Air). You can specify your choice of carrier when you place your order, or you can allow us to choose the carrier for you.Orders to be shipped by UPS Next Day or 2nd Day service MUST be received by 2:00 PM Central Time. Orders received after 2:00 PM Monday - Thursday will ship the next business day, and orders received after 2:00 PM Friday will ship on Monday. Orders to be shipped by UPS Ground that are received after 3:00 PM Central Time on Friday will be shipped the following Monday morning. After UPS picks up from us on Friday afternoon, they take no further shipments for delivery until Monday morning. We ship orders through all carriers Monday through Friday. Our secure shopping cart will automatically add estimated shipping charges for the lower 48 contiguous United States (listed below) to your order for USPS and UPS shipments. If you are ordering from outside the contiguous US, please disregard the shipping added to your order and contact us for international shipping charges. International carrier options are listed below, beneath the US shipping rates. Orders over $300.00 are eligible for free shipping! (This offer excludes batting purchases.) Free shipping will be through one of our ground shipping options (USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground). You will still see shipping and handling charges added to your shopping cart, but we will waive the shipping and handling charge on any eligible order when we process your payment. Batting Rolls Effective June 15th, 2008 we are asking that all customers ordering ROLLS of batting provide a UPS Shipper Account number to us. It is quick and easy to set up an account at www.ups.com. King's Men will then have UPS bill you directly for the shipping cost of your roll(s) of batting; King's Men will not charge you any shipping costs whatsoever. Given the rising fuel costs, this is the only fair way to ship rolls of batting; each customer will be charged the exact shipping cost by UPS rather than us estimating the costs and risking overcharging you for shipping. Packages, cases and other supplies may still be shipped UPS Ground as they have been in the past. However, we will happily use your UPS Shipper number for any orders you place if you wish for us to do so.
